More vocational training programs. Safe spaces for interaction, to improve social skill and behavioral development, following models, such as the Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs. Courses teaching independent living skills, i.e., cooking, cleaning, banking. Bring back to high school classes: home economics, life skills, vocational training.
